Kim Choo donates 10% of Pineapple Tarts sales proceed to AfA
November 2014 – As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Kim Choo Kueh Chang’s has selected AfA as their choice CSR partner cum beneficiary.
From now till 20th Feb 2015, with every purchase of Kim Choo’s famous Crispy Pineapple Tarts, Kim Choo Kueh Chang will donate 10% of sales proceeds for the first 1000 bottles purchased.
Have you ever wondered why eat Pineapple Tarts during special festive seasons; Chinese Lunar New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali & Christmas? The history of our local Pineapple Tarts tells of a story on how our shared heritage came to existence. At Kim Choo Kueh Chang Pte Ltd, they continue to share this story with their visitors when they visit their boutique shop along 109 East Coast Road. As our community partner, Kim Choo Kueh Chang Pte Ltd is pledging 10% of the sales on their tarts between 20th Oct 2014 to 20th Feb 2015 to the AfA Singapore to help raise funds and awareness for our efforts in serving our local community.
