RED RIBBON AWARDS
The Red Ribbon Awards are presented to outstanding individuals, groups and organisations that have made significant impact to stop the spread of HIV, improved the lives of Persons Living with HIV infection, fought to reduce HIV-related stigma and discrimination, and for the equitable treatment of PLHIV, and who have been outstanding in raising funds and awareness to achieve these ends. The RRA has been awarded by Action for AIDS since 2012, before that they were known as Appreciation Awards, starting from 2008
