Working committees met independently to work on their respective pieces. Transgender people, unregulated sex workers and persons who use drugs were reorganised under hidden population. Travellers were subsumed into the two key population.
The community blueprint to end HIV Transmission and AIDS by 2030 was officially launched on 23rd Nov 2019.
