Strategic funding has enabled the implementation of greater range of materials and media, heightened our presence of intervention activities at embarkation points as well as in bars and pubs in Singapore. The MSM programme now covers almost all area serving the gay and MSM community in Singapore. The Anonymous Test Site also reported a 14% increase in the number of clients. A number of papers, including 1 on Sections 377 and 377A of the Penal Code was circulated.
